Subject: PM - Erection required for a reputed Company in Pune Dear Professionals I am Dharmambal from the Engineering Vertical of Masadir HR Services , an International Recruitment Firm. We have been retained by a professionally managed organisation to recruit PM - Erection for them. Role & responsibilities Job Specification The Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of projects. Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be able to lead the team at site. The major focus of the Project Manager is ensuring projects are completed within the allocated period of time and within the budget that has been assigned. Should have knowledge of basic liaisoning rules,all types of drawings and thorough knowledge of MSP and SAP. Task Responsibilities Developing schedules and plans for precast concrete elements, and coordinating with subcontractors, logistics, and traffic management Budgeting and Project Planning Preparation and evaluation of budget & Monitoring Cost over run. Prepare and execute project work plans as per the schedule and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Monitoring and ensuring timely execution of work from start to end. Ensuring execution of all construction activities are going on as per working drawings. Monitoring and manages day-to-day operational activities of a project. Organizing and tracking production, quality control, and transportation documents Project Management Providing guidance on how to handle, lift, and place precast elements Identifying and implementing solutions to problems that arise during assembly and commissioning To conduct project level reviews for monitoring progress & Quality of project. Review & advise any changes required in design and procurement team etc. To ensure alignment of activities at project level. Utilization of manpower and material effectively. Development & retention of employee. Co-ordination with contractors & sub contractors according to work schedule. Checking & certifying contractors bills. Evaluation of contractors and subcontractors along with Sr. PM & GM. To oversee inventory management of project and ensuring timely material avaialability at site. To provide technical advice regarding design, construction and program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel and contractors. Quality and Safety Implementing quality control measures to ensure precast elements are installed correctly Overseeing construction crews and subcontractors to ensure safety and project timelines Ensuring that site safety practices are in line with organizational standards Conduct weekly security meetings to ensure that all safety and security standards are maintained. Documents and Drawing management To track the documentation (for completeness) for projects related to areas: 1) Stores 2) Purchase orders/Work done 3) Quality -checklists, Registers 4) Review meetings and MOMs 5) Handing over documents 6) Closing documentation- Activity, works, projects 7) Safety 8) Progress reports 9) Bills Inter department Coordination Serving as a liaison between the on-site installation team and the precast factory Preferred candidate profile From Civil Background (Precast or Residential and commercial Projects)
