Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Pune. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and delivery. Responsibilities include managing timelines, ensuring quality control, budget management, leading teams, expediting resources, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively. The role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and control of construction projects
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor skills for timely project delivery
• Experience with Inspection processes to maintain project quality standards
• Logistics Management knowledge to handle material and resource coordination effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
