Project Manager Building Materials (Wall Panel / Gypsum)

The position of Project Manager for Building Materials (ALC Wall Panel / Gypsum) requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials industry, specifically with expertise in Wall Panels, Gypsum, or similar products. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating end-to-end project execution involving Wall Panels, Gypsum systems, and other prefabricated or dry construction solutions. Your role will involve managing construction project workflows, site coordination, and client/vendor relationships. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing projects related to Wall Panels, Gypsum boards, and other building material installations. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Additionally, you will supervise site activities, provide technical guidance to site supervisors, and ensure adherence to design and engineering specifications. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and resolving project-related issues, and preparing progress reports for management and clients will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will work closely with the sales and logistics team to align projects and ensure client satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Coordinator in the building material industry, with a focus on panels, gypsum boards, drywall systems, or dry construction solutions. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycle management, and installation techniques for walling systems is essential. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are also required. The willingness to travel to multiple project sites across cities and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD (optional), and basic project reporting tools are preferred. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management would be beneficial.
