Project Manager AMI

As a Project Manager at the company, your responsibilities will include: - Developing HES & MDM products for different business cases - Preparing business process solutions & workflow documents - Integrating meter data from HES to MDM, MDM to Billing System, MDM to Prepaid System, MDM to CRM, MDM to Device Management - Analyzing design documents for requirement gathering - Troubleshooting HES & MDM system-related problems and resolving them - Handling Smart Meters, AMR meters with RF/GSM/GPRS, 3G/4G communication technology - Offering administrative support to the admin team for setting up data centers in customer premises - Participating in project planning, execution, vendor finalization, contractor & installer training, etc. - Conducting end-to-end customer system testing of HES & MDM, along with prepaid engine and other business processes - Providing multiple project trainings and UATs to customers regarding HES, MDM, Integration, Configuration, Prepaid System, etc. - Monitoring and analyzing data on a daily basis - Validating & Testing Meter data and running applications using HES & MDM application - Developing and maintaining Consumer Survey Application and Meter Installation Application - Implementing Billing data integration with utilities billing systems (Prepaid & Postpaid) - Preparing proposed technical solutions, technical documents, and product presentations for AMI and non-AMI based energy meters - Building teams, collaborating with team members and senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information about product & project status and progress - Maintaining SLA for smooth billing by coordinating with the field team to address complaints and ensure accurate readings - Daily monitoring and analyzing of multiple reports for project improvement Qualifications required for the role: - Education: BE/ B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA - Experience: 3 to 15 Yrs - Immediate joiners are highly preferred If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and career aspirations, please apply with your updated CV to careers@fluentgrid.com, along with the following details: - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period details - Willingness to relocate: Yes/No Please note that this is a full-time position located in Ajmer, Guwahati, Mumbai, or Nashik.,
