Key Responsibilities Source and structure large-ticket credit proposals (Working Capital, Term Loans, and Project Loans) of 10 Crore and above. Identify and activate corporate sourcing channels and large-value business opportunities. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, credit appraisal, and balance sheet evaluation for mid-sized and prime clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate DSAs, Chartered Accountants, and Financial Advisors. Collaborate with internal teams and credit for smooth sanction, documentation, and disbursement processes. Monitor and manage the high-value MSME portfolio, ensuring healthy credit quality and business growth. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or Marketing. 710 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing large-ticket MSME and corporate loans (10 Cr+), preferably in reputed banks or financial institutions. Strong command of credit underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance norms. Preferred Age: 25 to 40 years.
