PROJECT LEAD SOURCING

As a Chief Procurement Specialist at Marmon Technologies India Private Limited, you will be an integral part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, which is supported by Berkshire Hathaway. You will lead exceptionally difficult negotiations with U.S. and international supplier management at all levels, serving as the primary interface between company components and suppliers on strategic quality, engineering, and procurement matters. In this position, you will develop and implement long- and short-range procurement strategies for very complex and high-risk items. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the procurement process, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role typically requires more than 12 years of relevant experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
