Project Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Design end-to-end architecture

   for our platform focused on work management, asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, and mobile workforce enablement.

2. Translate business requirements

   into scalable, secure technical architectures.

3. Define and maintain architecture artifacts

   , including solution blueprints, API designs, data models, and integration patterns.

4. Drive architectural decisions

   across cloud infrastructure, microservices, data storage, and third-party system integrations (e.g., GIS, ERP, SCADA, CMMS).

5. Collaborate with engineering and product teams

   to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the long-term technical vision.

6. Work closely with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders

   to understand unique use cases and tailor scalable solutions.

7. Ensure compliance

   with industry standards and best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

8. Mentor developers

   and contribute to architectural governance processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
   
2. 7+ years of experience in software architecture, including work on SaaS or enterprise platforms.
   
3. Solid experience designing cloud-native applications, preferably on

   AWS

   or

   Azure

4. Strong understanding of
