Oversee credit risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies. Enhance card engagement programs to improve usage and retention. Design and optimize CVP benefits to strengthen customer loyalty. Required Skills & Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services. Strong knowledge of credit risk, product strategy, and customer acquisition. Experience in card engagement and loyalty programs. Hands-on experience or understanding of data science techniques (e.g., analytics, predictive modeling, AI/ML applications in finance). Ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience leading a team in a banking or fintech setup. Exposure to AI/ML-based credit risk models. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services.
