Project Lead (Data)

As a Project Lead (Data) at our esteemed organization, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical specifications and leading the design, development, and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting data analytics platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing database queries and analyses, creating visualizations, and updating technical documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing reports, dashboards, ETL processes, and data warehouses. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of direct management experience. A strong understanding of data warehousing and database concepts is essential, along with expertise in BI fundamentals. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Power BI will be highly advantageous. Your role will involve defining software development aspects, communicating concepts and guidelines effectively to the team, providing technical guidance and coaching, and overseeing the progress of report/dashboard development to ensure alignment with data warehouse and RDBMS design principles. Engaging with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting actionable insights through reports and dashboards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
