As a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be based in Ahmedabad, working on-site. Your main responsibilities will include managing projects with top-down oversight to ensure success based on adherence to scope, budget, and timeline standards. You will develop project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives, coordinating various managers and technical personnel throughout all project phases. Understanding project vision and objectives from a user perspective, you will analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions, taking charge of aspects like design, usability, and project quality. Strong schedule and priority management skills will be essential, along with the ability to analyze and recommend performance and security best practices. Defining development conventions and standards, as well as laying out a technology roadmap, will also be part of your role.
