You will be joining Scapestorey, an Architecture and Interior firm, as a Project Lead - Architecture & Interiors or a Senior Interior Designer. The roles offer a competitive salary and involve office-based work with projects in Dehradun and Saharanpur. **Role Overview:** As a Project Lead, your responsibilities will include: - Project planning and scheduling - Design coordination with internal and external teams - Client communication and updates - Materials selection and procurement - Site execution oversight and quality control - Budgeting, billing, and cost tracking - Vendor, consultant, and contractor coordination - Documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance - Backend operations and project tracking You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution and representing Scapestorey's design ethos on-site. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead projects from concept to completion - Ensure timely execution and quality control on-site - Coordinate with internal and external teams - Communicate effectively with clients - Procure materials and oversee site execution - Manage budgeting, billing, and cost tracking - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors - Ensure documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance - Track project progress effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Architecture or Interior Design - 3-4 years of experience in the field - Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, Lumion, and Photoshop - Experience in both architecture and interior design projects - Ability to work across multiple project sites in Dehradun and Saharanpur - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Fluency in handling vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients Please note that part-time applicants should not apply for these positions.
