Project Lead - Architecture and Interiors

We are hiring at Scapestorey, an Architecture and Interior firm, and currently looking for a Project Lead - Architecture & Interiors and a Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The positions offer a salary as per industry standards and are office-based, with project requirements in Dehradun and Saharanpur. As a dynamic and detail-driven Project Lead, you will be responsible for various key tasks including project planning and scheduling, design coordination with internal and external teams, client communication and updates, materials selection and procurement, site execution oversight and quality control, budgeting, billing, and cost tracking, vendor, consultant, and contractor coordination, documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance, as well as backend operations and project tracking. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution and representing Scapestorey's design ethos on-site. The ideal candidate for the Project Lead position should have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the field, proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, Lumion, and Photoshop, prior experience in both architecture and interior design projects, ability to work across multiple project sites in Dehradun and Saharanpur, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in handling vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients.
