Experience in handling marketing campaigns, collaterals, and event management. Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills. Proficiency in working with creative agencies and vendors. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SITE HEAD QUALIFICATION : MBA (Marketing) WORK LOCATION : PUNE (Keshavnagar) EXPERIENCE : 10-15 Years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales in the respective market. The incumbent is responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the assigned region through sales planning, lead generation, channel partner management, promotion planning and customer negotiations. The position is for ensuring the implementation of the region's marketing campaigns for generating leads for projects.
