Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute channel development strategies to drive sales growth through real estate partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and event coordination. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet brokers/ agents needs while maximizing revenue potential. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or related field (channel management). Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with clients and partners. Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices; ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
