You have over 7 years of experience as a Software Developer and have demonstrated hands-on technical management of resources as well as prior experience in a technical leadership position. You hold a College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. You should be willing to travel 30% of the time to project sites for implementation and issue resolutions. Your core competency requirements include proficiency with Microsoft .NET version 4.0+ development using C#, in-depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies such as WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ, and EF. You should have extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software and working with key stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risks. Experience with source control management systems, continuous integration/deployment environments, automated testing, multi-threading, and concurrency is essential. You should also have a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories. You must be internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills with internal team members and external business stakeholders. Your strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes is crucial. Preferred competency requirements include experience with web development technologies like ASP.NET, MVC3, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS, database development including relational database design, SQL, and ORM technologies, as well as experience with Microsoft Lync and Slack Technologies platform, user interface design, and prototyping. Your responsibilities will include driving execution, delivery, and implementation of projects with high quality by working with the software team on multiple concurrent projects, providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship, maintaining high standards of software quality within the team, identifying areas for growth and improvement, collaborating with other development teams, business analysts, software architects, and stakeholders, among other duties assigned. The job location is in Bangalore and you are expected to work from the office all 5 days of the week.
