Responsible for the implementation of the quality control including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection services for the projects responsible for assuring that the quality Safety of the work meets or exceeds the projects contractual requirements. Role is for building construction and on site. Perform onsite field observation of installed work (eg concrete, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, finishing etc). Knowledge of Conrete Mix Design, Should have experience in civil, architectural finishing external facade. Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality and specific responsibilities in the process, including the interface and response to audits such as those conducted by the client or third parties. Manage and Track Quality metrics of Site Update related site program requirements. Recommend and implement corrective action based on policies, guidelines, and procedures. Knowledge of IS codes related to building construction, material testing. Prepare Project Inspection Test Plans Method Statements. Update MIS for Quality. Quality check for final HOTO.
