Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in IT project management , with at least 5+ years in mobile app or IoT projects . Strong experience in managing cross-functional agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with BLE, MQTT, or connected mobility ecosystems is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zoho Projects, Azure DevOps). Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and CI/CD practices. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Exposure to Azure cloud services , mobile analytics, and release management. Experience in automotive or mobility domains is an added advantage. Understanding of DevOps , security, and performance tuning for mobile platforms.
