Monitor daily site operations, including workforce, equipment, and productivity. 3. Project Manager Bachelors degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically related to transmission lines. Proven expertise in managing transmission line construction projects ranging from 400kV to 765kV. Collaborate effectively with State and Central utility organizations. Ensure timely deployment and mobilization of necessary resources. Enforce strict cost control measures to maintain budgetary discipline. Monitor and report daily progress of project activities. Build and lead high-performing project teams. Drive the achievement of sales and collection targets, supporting the organizations financial objectives. Willingness to work across various regions within the country as required.
