MIS and Reporting - Resolve any issues related to specific section and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Ensure all project information is properly documented and secured. Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including senior management, on the progress of the project. People Management - Facilitate development of direct reportees to ensure smooth delivery of the project and handle employee grievances in the appropriate manner. Indicative Experience and Exposure Graduate in (B.E./ B.Tech) Civil Engineering, preferably Post Graduation in Highway engineering.
