Role & responsibilities Project Lifecycle: 1) Plan, schedule, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for civil projects. 2) Leading and motivating the team of Engineers & Non technical staff to achieve a common goal while working in the areas of estimation, tendering, marketing, project execution both in Civil and Electro mechanical works. 3) To develop Internal Systems required for Proper Execution of the Projects in a professional way to save Cost and Time 4) Sourcing of Projects, guiding Estimation team, checking the estimates and finalization of estimates and method of execution before Tendering. Execution Leadership: 1) Lead construction, ensure quality and safety, and resolve on-site challenges. 2) Starting Projects, Monitor the progress of all projects and updating the Management on the critical issues and possible solutions, Execution of the Project with safety, quality standards and satisfaction to the stakeholders and handing over of the project including supporting in finalization of final bills. Budget Control: 1) Manage project budgets, control costs, and identify savings. 2) Setting up project Budgets, Quality procedures and monitoring project progress as per committed schedule. Team & Stakeholders: Lead and mentor project teams; coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors. Quality & Compliance: Implement quality assurance and ensure all legal/safety compliance. In this role you will lead the department Project execution with two sub divisions in Project Management and Procurement. You will manage, supervise and develop people including succession planning, training, talent management, and career development. The main responsibilities per division are: Project Management & Planning You will build up the Project Management team that supports and controls the execution of electrolysis projects including new build projects, Revamps and EP(C) projects Drive and control of the execution of projects eg time schedule and document management You will coordinate project management and construction management in the range required for offers / orders You will develop execution concepts and time schedules You will calculate hours for Project Management and set up of Work Break down Structure You will align and coordinate the strategic PM activities in India with the Global head of Project management Procurement and Inspection You will build up the Procurement team for supporting EP projects including technical procurement, logistics, inspection and expediting You will align and coordinate the strategic activities with the Global head of procurement You will manage with your team, export and import related compliance for electrolysis-specific materials

1. Manage execute day-to-day tasks, inclusive of all activities that ensure timely project deliveries, like file engineering, vendor search and onboarding, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and conducting quality checks. 2. Supervise, manage lead team members under their command such that projects are executed timely. 3. Tackle overcome problems in the execution of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of services. 4. Ensuring accurate and process-driven PMS FMS platform usage throughout the project execution journey. 5. Accompanying and assisting account management representatives in client escalation calls. Build rapport with the linguist vendors. 6. Assist linguist vendors with payment or any other grievance, ensuring high vendor satisfaction. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the reporting managers. Requirements: Experience from localization background, Good communication skill, interspinal skills
