Project Execution Engineer\Manager

As a Project Execution Engineer/Manager based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing project management in the field of Interior Products and Designing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 1-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Interior Products and Designing with proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and 3DS MAX. - Managing customer requirements, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely project completion. - Efficiently handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Coordinating with vendors, carpenters, painters, electricians, and other workers involved in the projects. - Addressing customer queries, resolving technical issues on-site, updating customers on progress, and ensuring materials reach the site on time. - Implementing new processes to enhance product quality and delivering high-quality results as per design specifications. - Converting new leads into sales within ongoing projects. - Demonstrating qualities of being smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic, and maintaining a positive attitude. - Creating invoices, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and presentations for customers. - Providing customer support until project delivery, ensuring smooth project releases with high quality and on-time delivery.
