Project Execution Engineer/Manager

You should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Project Management within the Interior Products and Designing field, with proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and 3DS MAX being an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include handling customer requirements, tracking work progress, and efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. Furthermore, you should be capable of overseeing various aspects of projects, such as coordinating with vendors, carpenters, painters, and electricians. It is crucial that you possess the confidence to address customer queries, resolve technical issues on-site, update customers on progress, delegate tasks to workers, ensure timely project completion, and maintain the quality of the product. Implementing new processes to enhance product quality and ensuring projects align with designs and requirements are also key aspects of the role. In addition to project management tasks, you should be adept at converting new leads into sales within ongoing projects. A successful candidate will demonstrate qualities such as intelligence, confidence, hard work, dynamism, and a positive attitude throughout their work. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and presentations for customers. Your involvement with customers will extend to project delivery, ensuring a seamless release with high quality and on-time delivery.
