Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Program Delivery Engineer** to support Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) program execution. This role is critical in driving cross-functional delivery across engineering and program teams, ensuring project milestones, engineering readiness, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of engineering governance processes (CCDS/PDS), and technical experience with DFMEAs, RMDV, and RDS. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering delivery for BEV program across all vehicle systems, ensuring alignment to program gateways and delivery milestones. Manage and track deliverables through the CCDS (Product Delivery System) ensuring engineering readiness per defined gateways. Coordinate and monitor RMDV (Requirements Management and Design Verification) progress, ensuring traceability of system and component validation activities. Support the development and maintenance of RDS (Robust Design System) artefacts, ensuring robust engineering practices. Facilitate and review DFMEAsessions across relevant system teams, driving risk mitigation and quality assurance. Support program issue resolution processes, including tracking open points, risks, and mitigations. Provide weekly status reporting, program updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards throughout the delivery cycle. Experience/Knowledge: Bachelor s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Systems Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive programme delivery or project engineering, preferably within BEV platforms. Strong working knowledge of CCDS/PDS, DFMEA, RMDV, and RDS processes. Proven track record of managing complex engineering delivery within tight timelines and multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with systems engineering, requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama), and verification planning. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
