Project Engineer Power & Energy Noida/Pune - India Candidate will work on Heavy Industry projects mainly on Power & Energy projects. He / She will report to Team Lead Power & Energy Noida and will work as per the company's hybrid policy. He/ She should be ready to go on site in India or Oversees as per requirement. The site visit can go around 50 to 60 % on short notice as well. Your Responsibilities: • Willingness to travel frequently at site and troubleshoot/ rectify the issues.• Has to provide process domain guidelines and solutions as per the industry standards.• Will be required to carry out / supervise / monitor and implement the complete project execution.• Provide adequate support to the regions on any large project pursuits.• Work with PM for scope management, including WBS development• Coach and develop other project engineers The Essentials - You Will Have: • Bachelors in Electrical /Instrumentation Control / Electronics.• 5-7 years of relevant experience in automation engineering on PLCs (Rockwell Control Logix, PLC 5, Compact Logix)• 50% travel is required. Site can be on short notice as well.• Hands on experience in designing, execution & selection of industrial automation products such as PLC/DCS, VFD, HMI/SCADA, Panel Design, Industrial communication (Ethernet, Profibus, Controlnet, Modbus.)• Configuration and programming of automation and controls systems involving HMI and PLC/DCS.• Development of HMI, SCADA Software for Rockwell Systems, or any other Competitors. Rockwell System will be preferred.• Design and Engineering of Process PLC Systems / Control Systems.• Must have a good Knowledge of power applications like Boiler, BMS, Load sharing, and load shedding/ Synchronization.• Knowledge of P&IDs, System Architecture, IO list, Design Documentation for Process Applications.• Must be familiar with tagging conventions, Security, Global object development, Data log Model, VBA scripting, Recipe, Trends, Reports, Communication and Integrated testing with PLC (CLX/SLC/PLC5) or Third party PLC• Ability to handle the project starting from Design till site commissioning.• Should be open for travel for FAT, SAT, Commissioning at customer site• Must have working knowledge of CLX/SLC/PLC for development, troubleshooting, communication and its integrated testing with RA or Third-Party PLC.• High level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Safety Product, Component Industry Control, Networks, SSB Solutions, and a good understanding of Rockwell Software's.• The Preferred - You Might Also Have: • Must have proven experience in HMI, SCADA development of the Allen Bradley FactoryTalk View application (Local, Network (Station/ Distributed), ME)• Well versed with preparation of Functional Design Specification, Detail Design Specification, Test protocol including pre-FAT / FAT protocol, SAT protocols• Must be familiar with FTView Architecture of application (Area, Data server, HMI server), HMI Alarm/Alarm and Event server What We Offer: Our benefits package includes Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees Company volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation.
