Project Engineer (Civil)

As a Project Engineer for our client in Bangalore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Project Planning and Scheduling: - Develop detailed project plans, create timelines and milestones, and set a logical sequence for activities. - Resource Management: - Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment, and estimate costs for budgeting purposes. - Progress Monitoring: - Track project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. - Risk Management: - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project. - Coordination and Communication: - Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow. - Reporting: - Prepare and present regular reports on project status, progress, and any identified issues to keep all stakeholders informed. - Quality and Safety: - Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
