Job Description

Job Summary:

Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems and industrial machinery using
SolidWorks / AutoCAD
.
Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and
Bill of Materials (BOM)
.
Apply
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
principles to ensure dimensional accuracy and design intent.
Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to translate designs into actual builds.
Supervise mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of machines on the shop floor.
Ensure designs are optimized for cost, performance, and ease of manufacturing (
DFM/DFA
).
Support interdepartmental coordination (electrical/controls/quality) for complete machine delivery.
Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and load/motion calculations.
Maintain and update technical documentation and revision records.
Provide on-site installation or service support when required.
