Prepare the component dispatch plan which is updated weekly and regularly shared with the customer Ensure that optimised power-plant designs prepared after value engineering exercises done by the design team are used for the projects Ensure all required quality inspections are carried out as scheduled and that quality standards are met In case there is delay in handover to customer, to ensure that all critical items are stored in a place properly covered to ensure there is no deterioration due to environmental conditions.
