Program Management Delivery Senior Analyst Position Summary: The Program Management Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for the governance processes associated with business project delivery for the Finance and Accounting organizations. Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data Cloud Project in Salesforce. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience with Salesforce, and a deep understanding of data management best practices. The Project Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the Data Cloud Project in Salesforce, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and IT teams, to gather requirements and define project scope. Oversee the design, configuration, and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud to meet organizational data management needs. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct project evaluations and postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Stay current with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices in data management and cloud solutions. Qualifications Bachelors(BE/BTech) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically managing Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and data management principles. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
