Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to serve as Consultant_ MIS support to DCPU for a project in West Bengal. The role requires close engagement with district and block-level stakeholders, providing technical support, strengthening systems, and ensuring alignment with program objectives to address child protection issues, particularly child marriage prevention. 1. Maintain the entire project database for the district-level implementation. 2. Facilitate data accuracy and validation through regular physical visits to field sites and partner organizations across the three states. 3. Provide both onsite support and online training to partner organizations on: Data collection & Data collation 4. Build the capacity of Block coordinator in data management, ensuring high data quality standards. 5. Offer support in troubleshooting data-related issues, including challenges in data collection and data entry at the field level. 6. Identify operational challenges within the MIS (digital systems) and coordinate with the IT team to resolve them. 7.Highlight critical data issues requiring follow-up and correction to Block, district and CRY offcials. 8. Uphold the highest standards of M&E ethics and ensure strict data protection and confidentiality. 9. Ensure regular data tracking to identify and analyze vulnerability factors contributing to child exploitation for better solution planning. 10. Track community-level interventions and system-strengthening activities involving diverse stakeholders. 11. Analyze data and generate reports to inform programmatic decisions. 12. Provide actionable trends and insights to support the development of strategic partner action plans. 13. Share key data insights and reflections with CRY leadership and BAT for continuous program improvement.
