Position: Quotation Executive Industry: Lighting & Furniture Projects Scope of Responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quotation Executive to manage end-to-end project documentation and communication for lighting and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, coordinating project activities, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Quotation & Documentation Management Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and project presentations for lighting and furniture solutions. Maintain and update pricing sheets and quotation records for analysis and tracking. Ensure timely submission of accurate proposals to clients. Order Processing & Invoicing Issue Proforma Invoices and place orders with vendors or manufacturing companies. Ensure all materials are ordered as per project requirements and timelines. Project Coordination & Tracking Independently manage and track the progress of multiple ongoing projects. Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders. Monitor material arrival, perform quality checks upon receipt, and confirm order of lamps and accessories. Client & Stakeholder Communication Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to understand and fulfill their needs. Liaise with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams for technical specifications and pricing inputs. Keep the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders informed of project status, potential risks, and client feedback. Reporting & Compliance Required Skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle project correspondence independently. Strong organizational and project tracking capabilities. Technical understanding of lighting and electrical components is a plus.
