Designation : PROJECT CORDINATOR

Seeking Project coordinator (Male/Female) with 2-5 years of commercial interior experience.

Responsibilities includes:

* Frequently coordinate with Clients, sub -contractors and Site Engineers.

* Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities.

* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation are maintained appropriately.

* Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

* Oversee project procurement management.

* Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

* Responsible for all appropriate legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreement.

* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

* Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance.

Location : Muvattupuzha

Salary : 25-30K + Travel Allowance + Food Allowance
