Project Coordinator-Trainee

You should have good convincing skills and be proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities. Professional phone etiquette and a customer service orientation are also essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferable. Your responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve client inquiries, reporting daily and monthly activities, demonstrating excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, and preparing regular reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes for internal stakeholders.
