Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in thermal power plant operations and maintenance (O&M), along with exposure to tendering and proposal preparation. The ideal candidate will play a dual role supporting both on-site operations and pre-sales/tendering activities while ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Planning & Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth operations and information flow.

· Conduct and participate in monthly review meetings with site teams and head office leadership.

· Monitor and track new tenders, including submission deadlines and schedules.

· Assist in the preparation of:

a. Technical bids

b. Queries / clarifications

c. Pre-qualification documents

· Prepare and review technical specifications and raise/resolve technical queries.

· Collaborate with internal departments and site personnel to gather technical and commercial inputs.

· Analyse and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents related to electrical works in power projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· 2–3 years of experience in thermal power plants (Planning, Operations & Maintenance or project execution).

· Sound understanding of electrical systems in power generation plants.

· Knowledge of IS/IEC standards, power system protection, and SCADA/DCS systems.

· Exposure to tendering processes and preparation of bid documentation.

· Proficient in MS Office and tendering portals such as: NTPC, GEM, BHEL, State government e-portals, etc.

· Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
