Project Coordinator – Technology

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our technology projects from initiation to delivery. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication between stakeholders is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

· Act as a point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

· Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and meeting notes.

· Support project managers in budget tracking and resource allocation.

· Facilitate regular status, meetings and follow up on action items.

· Maintain project dashboards, ensure data accuracy and to coordinate with all internal teams to ensure smooth sailing of projects.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in project coordination (technology industry preferred)

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

· Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
