Project Coordinator

NTT DATA is looking for a Project Coordinator/Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your role will involve ensuring that the project team meets timelines and deliverables, maintaining documentation, communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders, resolving project issues, building relationships with multiple teams, assisting the PMO Manager with administrative functions, managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team, analyzing project data, producing progress reports, writing EPIC and Features, gathering Business Requirements, working with the Development Team on T-Shirt Size Estimation, and facilitating reviews with Senior Stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and collaboration, strong skills in drafting EPICs, Features, and User Stories aligned with Agile methodologies, maintaining project documentation, generating progress reports, experience in requirement gathering, and business process mapping. The ideal candidate should collaborate with management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are in sync, be a lifelong learner continuously seeking to improve technical and non-technical skills, be a team player willing to go the extra mile to help teammates succeed, and be a good communicator capable of conveying design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The shift timing for this role is from 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST.
