Experience Required: 2 years as Business Analyst. Salary: Open to Discuss. Job Description: Requirement Gathering & Analysis Work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements. Process Improvement Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization in business workflows. Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Documentation & Reporting – Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and project reports. Testing & Validation – Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Note: Salary & Designation will depend on the further interview conversations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
