Project Coordinator (India)

We currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator in Mumbai. We're looking for someone open to a daily schedule of either 12PM - 9PM IST or 1PM - 10PM IST. Monday - Friday only, no weekend work hours. We are open to hiring for remote work and we have an office in Mumbai (Jogeshwari West). As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative support for architectural and engineering programs by coordinating with internal account and production contacts, as well as external client and vendor contacts as needed. You will be supporting the movement of information and documents to maintain optimal efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

WD is a highly collaborative, global company, so you'll be interacting daily with WD Associates locally in Mumbai and other locations within India, as well as WD Associates and external contacts across the United States. This position is part of a growing team with opportunities to develop your knowledge in global, cross-disciplinary AEC projects and programs!

Necessary Experience:

• Prior work experience in an architecture, engineering or construction services firm is ideal
• Experience working in a support role in a team setting, particularly with US based teams and/or clients
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated in completing tasks independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn other software as needed to assist with scheduling, daily tasks, special projects, and project updates
• Ability to identify and balance priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
