Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with proven experience supporting AWS-based projects. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of cloud support and operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables for AWS support projects.

Collaborate with project managers, cloud engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support incident, problem, and change management processes for AWS environments.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.

Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation for AWS projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

36 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in cloud or IT infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience supporting AWS environments (basic understanding of services like EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment.

Preferred:

AWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certification.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
