Job Title: Project Coordinator – Automation

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics

Experience: Minimum 3 years in automation project HSE

Tools: Microsoft applications

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in MS Projects, Microsoft Packages, Autocad, SAP
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proactive approach with analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Team player with stakeholder coordination experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordination for monthly dispatches as per revenue plan
• Generation of cost report from SAP plan vs actual for ongoing projects
• Maintaining ISO documentation for projects
• Monitoring inventory records to ensure timely cash flow
• Delivery follow up from suppliers
• Payment follow up from customers
• Hands on SAP experience including MM code creation, PR, BOM creation
• Day to day follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of material
• Preparation of reports for weekly and monthly reviews
• Monitoring schedules and follow up with team members
• Coordination with store team for dispatches
• Maintaining updated documentation and project folders

Additional Requirements:

• Industry experience in Automotive OEMs, Automotive Tier 1, or general industries
• Experience in Robotics and Machine automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
