Job Description

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a good understanding of project execution cycles, including both waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies.
Possess robust project coordination skills, along with business analysis and documentation abilities.
Technical background and understanding of a project components are critical
Strong BA/QA skills preferred

Responsibilities

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and analytical thinking abilities, with a willingness to learn and adhere to AIS PMO processes.
Responsibility for providing updates on the Projector/Partner Portal project.
Handling project setup in accordance with our several written SOPs, tailored to the specific type of project.
Assisting with charge code requests and assignment requests.
Tracking invoices and payments for accounting purposes.
Acting as the project coordinator for small engagements.
Supporting IDC team members with their ADO tracking.
Managing project closeout activities, including data validation and verification, and identifying any gaps.
Creating reports as needed.
Maintaining good dynamics with the Hub team and help them run their operations (if needed).
