Job Role & Responsibilities

• Min 2 - 3 Year Project Coordination Experience Required.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for engineers, ensuring site-specific activities are arranged in advance.
• Monitor and record the daily attendance of engineers to ensure timely presence at work sites.
• Compile and submit daily reports detailing the engineers' activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential delays.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure resources and materials for new projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain and update data related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project stakeholders.
• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of project installations.
• Prepare and deliver reports to vendors regarding the status and requirements of current projects.
• Address and allocation customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
• Qualifications: Technical Education Preferred
