Functions : 3D & Technical Design: Create 2D floor plans and 3D models of exhibition layouts using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.). Ensure designs comply with venue regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards. Design: Develop creative concepts and themes for exhibition marketing and Visitor promotion . Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, production) to understand and fulfil event requirements. Design and Develop HTML/E-mailers. Project Coordination: Work closely with Hall Directors / managers, fabricators, and AV teams to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct site visits and on-site supervision during installation. Reviewing Vendor Documentation, Material & Vendor Coordination: Eye to details on vendor documentation and selection . Select materials, finishes, and graphics in collaboration with the teams. Coordinate with external vendors for printing, fabrication, and logistics for Domestic and International Exhibitions. Logistics and On-Site Management: Understand the process from Internal stake holders and educate the same to Exhibitors and Site Handling Agency. Oversee on-site event setup and dismantling activities. Ensure smooth flow of operations on event days, resolving any issues promptly. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure events comply with health, safety, and fire regulations. Prepare risk assessments and health & safety documentation when needed. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in CAD and 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, Photoshop etc.) Strong spatial and visual design skills. Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and exhibition technologies. Knowledge of Vendor selection and management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Understanding of branding and marketing principles. Ideally have experience in handling exhibitions / events with an excellent understanding relating to the exhibition/event industry. Conversant with Business applications software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point internet and ability to prepare presentations/ fact sheets/agenda points for meeting. Work Environment: Office-based role with frequent on-site work at exhibition venues. Requires travel and availability to work evenings/weekends during events. Physically active during event setup and dismantling periods. Reports to: HOD-Trade Fairs Qualifications : Bachelors degree in any of the related field. 2-7 years of experience in exhibition, event, or spatial design roles.
