The role is focused on direct sales, client acquisition, and project conversions for our flagship innovation - the BIO POD, a next-generation sewage treatment system that is cost-effective, sustainable, and easy to install. Success in this role means closing deals with builders, contractors, hotels, hospitals, industries, and institutions by leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge. You consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, leverage your industry contacts to secure projects across construction, hospitality, industrial, and institutional clients, build Nuage International's reputation as a trusted provider of sewage solutions, and ensure a smooth handover of clients to the technical team for implementation. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals, meeting with clients to present BIO POD solutions, negotiating contracts and closing sales, maintaining strong post-sales relationships for repeat business, and tracking leads, sales pipeline, and reporting progress to management. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree (preferred in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field), a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in sewage treatment, wastewater management, or infrastructure projects, a strong industry network with contractors, consultants, and builders, excellent communication, negotiation, and field presentation skills, and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in this industry.
