Project Control Services Practitioner

Job Description: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities for an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and adapting strategies to align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, effectively manage resources, and facilitate communication among team members to ensure a seamless workflow. Your contributions will be crucial in driving project success and delivering value to the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in project control services. - Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure efficient performance. - Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Offer solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Must have proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - Good to have experience in Financial Management Reporting, Resource Capacity Forecasting & Planning, Reporting Analytics. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. Additional Information: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
