Ensured timely preparation and submission of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and project plan updates for all Change of Scope (CoS) and Extension of Time (EoT) cases within the assigned project cluster. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Prepared and maintained real-time dashboards to track key project health metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality indicators. Tracked and analyzed all change requests, evaluating their impact on budget, timelines, and resources. Assisted the Lead in feasibility discussions with Project Heads for effective change management.
