Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of G+12 or taller residential/commercial high-rise buildings Review project drawings, BOQ, and specifications to plan site activities Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and in-house teams for timely execution Prepare project timelines using MS Project / Primavera and monitor progress Implement strict quality control measures and work safety protocols Manage site resources labor, materials, and subcontractors Track daily progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment Prepare and present weekly MIS reports to senior management Handle project documentation including site diaries, client reports, and approvals Resolve on-site technical issues and enforce engineering best practices Supervise MIVAN/Aluform/Jumpform shuttering systems if applicable Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 10–18 years of work experience in high-rise construction projects Strong knowledge of formwork systems , RCC structures , finishing activities Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera Experience in handling multiple towers/phases simultaneously Familiarity with RERA, NBC, IS Codes, and local development regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and contractor coordination skills Willing to work at site and manage teams under tight schedules Preferred experience with reputed real estate developers or EPC companies Key Skills High Rise Building, Construction Management, Project Execution, Site Management, RCC, Formwork, Mivan, AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, Civil Engineering, Project Planning, Vendor Coordination, Finishing, MIS, Quality Control, Safety Compliance, Labour Management Perks and Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards Performance-based incentives Travel and mobile reimbursements (as applicable) Opportunity to work with a reputed and fast-growing organization
