3 Project Consultancy Jobs

As a member of the Engineering team at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, you will collaborate with Project consultants to design Plant mechanical equipment and Piping requirements. Your responsibilities will include finalizing project specifications for Mechanical Equipment & Piping in line with the latest design standards. You will be accountable for monitoring and tracking Engineering Deliverables for the project, ensuring adherence to Project design best practices. Your role will involve providing project design & consultancy based on the Basic Engineering Package, as well as monitoring the status of project engineering (designing) and effectively communicating relevant information to stakeholders. You will be responsible for the preparation & review of Material Take-off (MTO) List & Bill of Quantity (BOQ) to support Procurement activities. Additionally, you will prepare & review Equipment Manufacturing Drawings and General Arrangement (GA) Drawings. From the initial development of assigned projects, you will engage in meetings with users to ascertain their needs and ensure they are met. You will conduct project review meetings to identify and address any arising issues promptly. Your role will also involve supporting the selection of Design consultants and assisting the construction team with On-field engineering issues, managing Design Change Notes (DCN) for the project. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation & review of As-Built drawings for the Project. To excel in this role, you must possess 10 to 20 years of experience in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery Project designing, along with vendor development for Project consultancy/ design. A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is a mandatory educational requirement. Proficiency in Project management, communication across functions, understanding of Project design requirements & Design standards/specifications, and familiarity with design software like AutoCAD are essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, willingness to travel within India & Abroad, and the ability to coordinate activities within specified timelines are crucial for success in this role.,

Responsible for all Electrical Design related activities for ongoing and upcoming projects for reviewing and checking of all Electrical Designs. Manage time, cost and scope without any deviation. Track monitor and control project related deliverables, for meeting companys strategic & operational objectives. Major Activies: Work with Project consultant & Engineering team, for designing of Plant Electrical Equipment, Substations, MRS etc.. Finalising Project specification for Electrical Equipment, Switchgears, cables as per latest design standards Monitoring & Tracking of Engineering Deliverables for the project Understanding and following Project design best practices Project design & consultancy on the basis of Basic Engineering Package. Monitoring the status of the project engineering (designing) and communicate the relevant information to stakeholders. Preparation & Review of MTO (Material Take off) List & BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for the project, to facilitate Procurement activities Preparation & Review of Equipment Manufacturing Drawings, GA Drawings Responsible for assigned project from the initial development.
