Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor project performance, risk, safety, and quality control.
  • Handle contractor running bill certifications, reports, and invoices.
  • Prepare and issue construction progress reports.
  • Lead and facilitate coordination meetings.
  • Manage change control and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management in the Construction Field
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate/Office/Commercial Building projects
  • Office Interiors execution experience
  • Risk, Safety & Quality Control Management
  • Contractor Billing & Documentation
  • Client & Consultant Coordination
  • Must have office interior work experience.
  • Minimum 5years as a Project Manager in corporate/office/commercial building projects.
