Project & Change Execution Manager

As the Project & Change Execution Manager, VP based in Bangalore, India, you will be a key member of the Core Engineering team at our organization. In this technical leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our core software systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve actively contributing to the codebase, shaping the architecture, and mentoring engineers across the organization. You will work within a cross-functional agile delivery team, bringing an innovative approach to software development by utilizing the latest technologies and practices. Your focus will be on delivering business value through high-performance, scalable software systems using Java. Additionally, you will design and optimize data-intensive applications using MongoDB, implement microservices architecture on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and ensure systems comply with security regulations and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include system design and development, code contribution, database engineering, microservices, cloud implementation, security and compliance, infrastructure oversight, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. You will be expected to have deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices, with strong coding skills and a passion for hands-on development. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, along with at least 10 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Java. Proficiency in MongoDB, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and event-driven architectures is essential. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, modern software engineering practices, and Agile methodologies will be highly beneficial.
