As the HVAC Systems Supervisor in industrial projects, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the site execution of HVAC systems. You will supervise the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including ducting, filters, and related components, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Conducting troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment, monitoring work progress for timely completion, and reporting to project management are crucial aspects of the job. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining site documentation, including material usage, work reports, and inspections. Your expertise will be key in training and guiding the workforce in HVAC installation best practices. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in AC ducting, filters, ventilation, and cooling systems. Hands-on experience in HVAC system installation and troubleshooting, along with the ability to read technical drawings and project blueprints, is essential. Knowledge of industry safety standards and site execution protocols, as well as good communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams, will also be required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. The ability to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana, is preferred. A diploma is the preferred educational qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, 4 years in electrical engineering, and 3 years in industrial electrician roles are required. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred for this in-person work location.,
